2. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Purchasing a New Subscription

We understand that you may want to change or upgrade your subscription plan based on your CNC programming needs. Please carefully read the following rules regarding overlapping subscriptions:

हम समझते हैं कि आप अपनी सीएनसी प्रोग्रामिंग आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर अपना सब्सक्रिप्शन प्लान बदलना या अपग्रेड करना चाह सकते हैं। कृपया ओवरलैपिंग सब्सक्रिप्शन (एक के ऊपर दूसरा प्लान लेने) के संबंध में निम्नलिखित नियमों को ध्यान से पढ़ें:

• Immediate Expiration of Current Plan:वर्तमान योजना की तत्काल समाप्ति: If you currently have an active subscription and you decide to purchase a new subscription plan before the old one expires, your old subscription will be terminated and expired immediately at the exact moment the new purchase is successful. यदि आपके पास वर्तमान में एक सक्रिय सदस्यता (Active Subscription) है और आप पुरानी सदस्यता समाप्त होने से पहले एक नई सदस्यता योजना खरीदने का निर्णय लेते हैं, तो नई खरीद सफल होने के ठीक उसी समय आपकी पुरानी सदस्यता तुरंत समाप्त और एक्सपायर हो जाएगी।
• New Plan Activation & Validity:नई योजना सक्रियण और वैधता: The new subscription plan will become active immediately upon purchase. The validity (expiry date) of this new plan will be calculated starting exactly from the date and time of the new purchase, not from the end of your previous plan. नई सदस्यता योजना खरीद पर तुरंत सक्रिय हो जाएगी। इस नई योजना की वैधता (Expiry date) की गणना आपके पिछले प्लान के अंत से नहीं, बल्कि नई खरीद की तारीख और समय से की जाएगी।
• No Rollover or Prorated Refunds:नो रोलओवर या आनुपातिक रिफंड: Any unused days, limits, or benefits remaining from your old subscription are strictly non-refundable and will not be carried over, added, or credited to your new subscription. You agree to forfeit the remaining duration of your old plan when you choose to activate a new one early. आपके पुराने सब्सक्रिप्शन में बचे हुए कोई भी अप्रयुक्त दिन (Unused days), सीमाएं या लाभ पूरी तरह से गैर-वापसी योग्य (non-refundable) हैं और आपके नए सब्सक्रिप्शन में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे। जब आप जल्दी नया प्लान सक्रिय करना चुनते हैं, तो आप अपनी पुरानी योजना की शेष अवधि को छोड़ने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

3. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation simply means that your subscription will not auto-renew (if applicable) and you will not be charged in the future.

4. Technical Failures & Payment Errors

The only exception to our No Refund policy is in the event of a critical system error on our end.

• We will first attempt to manually activate your purchased plan.
