Welcome to Raftar CNC Solutions. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

Raftar CNC Solutions provides tools for CNC machine operators and programmers, including but not limited to CNC turning simulation, G-code generation, and related calculators. These tools are powered by our cloud-based algorithms.

  • The G-code, simulations, and calculations generated by the app are for educational, reference, and assistance purposes only.ऐप द्वारा उत्पन्न जी-कोड, सिमुलेशन और गणना केवल शैक्षिक, संदर्भ और सहायता उद्देश्यों के लिए हैं।

  • Raftar CNC Solutions shall not be held liable for any machine crashes, tool breakages, material damage, production loss, or physical injuries resulting from the use of our generated code. 4. User Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (managed via Firebase Authentication).आप अपने अकाउंट के लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल (Firebase Authentication के माध्यम से प्रबंधित) की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Usage Limits

  • Plans:प्लान्स: We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Lite, Plus, Max, Enterprise).   • Payments:भुगतान: All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.   • Refund Policy:रिफंड पॉलिसी: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, algorithms, designs, logos, and features within the app are the exclusive property of Raftar CNC Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
